Pastor James Mulavana is a dedicated man of God who has served in full-time ministry from a young age. Born and raised in a God-fearing home, he was shaped by a strong spiritual foundation that led him to commit his life to serving the Lord. He holds a Master’s degree in Theology and brings deep biblical insight, compassion, and vision to his calling.

Currently serving as the Senior Pastor of Washington Pentecostal Assembly in Washington, D.C., Pastor James leads with a passion for preaching the Word, empowering believers, and building a Spirit-led community. He is supported in ministry by his loving wife and two children, who share in his commitment to serve God and His people.
